We have been a family-owned and operated store since our opening in May 2003. We like to think that when you come into our store you're coming into our family. We do our best to offer a wide variety of products with a focus on great customer service. We are a member of the Auto Value buying group.
Bob Higgins has been working in the automotive industry for over 25 years. He is an ASE-certified parts specialist. You will often see him outside putting on customer’s wiper blades in the parking lot, customer service is his top priority. Diane Higgins (Bob's wife) has been working with Bob for more than eight years. While she has not been in the industry for as many years as Bob, she is an integral part of the managing team and keeps the office running smoothly . Natalie and Robbie (the kids) have been working at the store since its opening in May of 2003. Natalie continues to fill in from time to time and Robbie now works full-time after completing his Associates Degree in Automotive Sciences at MassBay Community College. Jim, Joe, and Jim (the drivers) have been working at the store for over three years. They have been informally adopted into the Checkered Flag family. They do a great job bringing customer service out of the store and into the business community on their deliveries. |
