MEET THE FAMILY
We have been a family-owned and operated store since our opening in May 2003. We like to think that when you come into our store you're coming into our family. We do our best to offer a wide variety of products with a focus on great customer service. We are a member of the Auto Value buying group.
Bob Higgins has been working in the automotive industry for over 35 years. He is an ASE-certified parts specialist. You will often see him outside putting on customer’s wiper blades in the parking lot, customer service is his top priority.
Diane Higgins (Bob's wife) has been working with Bob for more than twenty years. She is an integral part of the managing team and keeps the office running smoothly.
Rob and Natalie (the kids) have been working at the store since its opening in May of 2003. While both have full-time jobs, you can find Rob in the store most Saturdays & Natalie filling in from time to time.
Josh is the newest member of the Checkered Flag family, joining in November 2021. He does a great job bringing customer service out of the store and into the business community on his deliveries.
